  The folks on the phone at American Well & Irrigation were very pleasant, well mannered, and eager to schedule an estimate for a home water softener system. The earliest appointment was a week out between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 on that day, which was okay since it would allow ample time to secure (paid) help to watch children during the "estimated window for arrival time" assigned to my requested service. Received conformation call from American Well & Irrigation the day before reaffirming the "estimated window for arrival time" (their term). Received a phone call from American Well & Irrigation on the day of the appointment at 3:44 (16 minutes til the end of their own scheduled window) stating the "business' owner" was "just around the corner" and was "on his way". Business owner didn't make it to his own appointment, so I paid my help and sent them home.
  
  There are too many hard-working professionals starving for work for this level of incompetence to be tolerated. Thanks for wasting my time and money because you are too greedy to work within your means.
